Lack of staff training: removes the semi-permanent varnish with an electric polisher (by pulling off the entire first layer of the nail), does not clean the nail before applying the varnish and does not push back the cuticles, handles the wax. hair removal as if it were sugar (spreads too thick layers).
In addition, we had taken the trouble to make an appointment before (there were 3 of us) and the lady who was supposed to wax us did not come, so only one of us could be shaved.
I'm sorry for this negative review, but this is only to tell my experience. We had already come two years ago and everything had gone well.
Very nice center with a very professional and personal boss where you will find nice welcome and satisfaction for all your beauties.
