They know how clean nails, but the costumer service is horrible. One appointment late by 40 min. and the other of the appointments we booked was cancelled without us getting notified. We waited for 1,5 hour of waiting and then they just said "ah, we have no more energy for it". And I also got a cut in the food, no apologies or comment. Don't go there, they don't know what handling the clientele properly means.

Waist of time, carelessness & disrespect of customer. I can't tell much about the service as I didn't get to have one. I made the appointment for me and my friend, staff insisted that I inform them in case of cancellation, we were there on time, after 40 min of waiting, my friend started the pedicure. After, 1h30 of waiting the stuff didn't want to proceed with doing my nails as she had to go- All I got was a ' We are sorry'.
