Regarding the rental of the house via Booking and no promise despite the booking voucher, they canceled just the last minute.
I was at their place this week for a problem on a C3, after a 2 hour diagnosis (paid at 85dt) the technician informed me that it was necessary to change the throttle body, engine ECU and the accelerator pedal, all at 4 million
dt. The icing on the cake, you have to wait a month for the calculator to be available. what was our disappointment knowing that we were just passing through.
Having received the news, we decided to go get a second opinion, thank God, we found an excellent electrician in Naboul, he made a global diagnosis in 10 minutes, he found a problem on the throttle body and we affirm that to say that there is a problem with the calculator is foolishness. The repair cost 200,000 parts and labor with all due respect.
Now, I cannot judge Citroen's intentions if it was to charge us a maximum or a bad diagnosis.
Nevertheless, I salute the technician for his kindness and professionalism.
