I rented a car from 07/21/2020 to 07/26/2020, the staff is very responsive to emails (answers within 24 hours), ease of communication, on arrival no problem a person was waiting for me with my name on a sign, the return of the vehicle was done quickly and they were accommodating on the return schedule knowing that my flight had been delayed delivered to 7:30 p.m. instead of 6 p.m. I recommend MAMICAR and will not hesitate to rent new to them!

If you are over 70, you are considered not to have all your faculties to rent a car ... I worked in Tunisia for several years without an accident, and for my insurance in France I always have the maximum bonus . Check your contract before signing, to know if your responsibility is engaged, when the morning you find your vehicle, left parked at night, damaged (scratches, sinking, broken glass, tire theft, etc.). The bill may be heavy. Also avoid driving at night (except on highway), there may be people or animals on the road.

I hired a vehicle from 02/21/20 to 03/07/2020. Email exchanges with the agency are rather professional (date, time, documents to be supplied, conditions of sale, etc.). ******* AT THE DELIVERY ******* - I provided all the documents requested in order to have it ready on D-Day ==> The agent forgot the contract and we did everything on site (OK it happens) - The vehicle clean and well cleaned ==> The vehicle was clean from the inside but not from the outside: the agent did not have time to go to wash (OK it happens) - The vehicle has a lot of scratches and impacts ==> The agent did not take the time to mention everything except that I insist and he added a remark "full of scratches on the vehicle" ******* ON RETURN ******* - Another agent comes to collect the car and takes out the document of the state of the vehicle upon delivery. All is well so far, EXCEPT, the paper does not correspond to what I did at the start, neither the remarks, nor EVEN MY SIGNATURE. The agent assures me that I was not the first to give him this type of return. Finally, I recovered my deposit but the practice is doubtful and suggests a scam well known in Tunisia (alas). Scam customers to take all or part of their deposit just before taking your plane. Personally I do not advise too much and I hope that the manager will take the time to check the rental process, he may be a victim of his employees (I give him the benefit of the doubt).
