Staff here is not helpful. They do not offer all options. They expect people to chose the most expensive option. I only knew about the availabilty of these options at this location when I went to the main post office in Hammamet. I was surprised. I no longer use this location for my international shipping. I go to Nabeul instead. The partition within this office is odd with no real counters and very small space. I recommend to ship oversees using a different office.

Don't give parcel out unless tracking number we have picture telephone number everything on the parcel and they don't even look for it
