Incompetent and disrespectful staff.
My wife needed to collect money via MoneyGram, first the support is very long and each person directs her to another so that at the end the head of the agency clearly tells her to go. see in another agency.
The cashier with so much contempt tells her that she has money but for things more important than Moneygram.
This is really insolent is disrespectful and if you cannot handle Moneygram requests do not support this service.
FYI, my wife was able to withdraw money from the BNA in 10 minutes with a smile and kindness.
