Lamentable! I bought a stay in Djerba: non-compliant room and they forgot to tell me that I needed pants for the evening dinner. However, we spent 1h30 with the advisor, who tried to sell us other stays, but forgot the essential! When you call to complain, no follow-up: no one calls back or tries to find a solution, neither at the agency nor at the customer relationship center. Forget Tunisia Booking if you want quality holidays, and especially the Bizerte agency!
