Maison de culture is a historical monument located in the city center at the entrance to bizerte. Requires maintenance and enhancement from the municipality.

The cultural center of Bizerte. a high place of cultural meetings, the house of culture Cheikh Driss, located in the city center also visited A new space, "The muse". A private initiative which has given birth to a new cultural space located at the back of the Maison de la Culture. This space is provided with a range of artistic and cultural activities: a gallery for canvas lovers, film screenings for cinema fans, introduction to musical instruments, theater, refreshment area for warm round tables, meetings , discussions, a nice place for Tunisian cultural promotion and encouragement for artistic creation.
