One of the rare artisan bakers in the capital who bake sourdough bread !! They make bread in various shapes and textures. They manage to make technically successful breads, but unfortunately lacking in soul. I don't find the taste quite different from inexpensive bread well prepared on almost the entire range of products. (I have not tried the sandwich bread) !! A negative point, the price: compared to a local reference (a bakery in El médina El Jadida) it seems to me quite expensive given the impoverishment of taste: / While waiting for any further improvement .. I recommend not too much :)
