Absolute nullity. Staff do not know how to communicate in an aggressive tone towards people.
NULL service! ZERO Dotted! I disembark at 10 am in the middle of the week, I am alone in the pharmacy, 3 preparers behind the counter, one who stores medicines, the other two discuss among themselves. As usual when I enter somewhere, I say 3aslema to everyone, no returns, prescription in hand, I stand in front of the counter hoping to be taken care of by one of the preparers who is at barely a meter from me, I am in their field of vision, I am dressed in black, black coat, black cap, black scarf with a horrible face so I suffer! I'm waiting! I repeat 3aslema once again hoping that one of them finally looks at me and serves me because my only goal is to take my medication in order to shorten my suffering. Nothing ! I wait a moment then I say to them kindly, goodbye while heading for the exit! one of the preparers calls me to take care of me, I tell her that it is too late and that I will never set foot in this pharmacy again myself or my family (We who are loyal customers since the openness) this is how it is in our country, when the boss is absent, the staff suddenly becomes incompetent or rude, moreover both very often! I went to see a pharmacy 500 meters away on the road to Raoued! where I was served properly
