The cargo (21.02.2021) arriving here in 1 day from the Ankara central branch (20.02.2021) could not arrive at an address in the same district in 3 days. If we need to buy it, say it, we'll come and get it ourselves. I have never seen such an infamous cargo branch in my life. They hold the cargo without any excuse. Today, the 26th of the month, 2 days ago, I called PTT customer service and I was told that I was included in the destination list. After searching, the system was updated. I think I will call every day to get the cargo. Today, March 1 is still preparing for the direction list.
