Although I did not live in Gediz, when I went inside the shop to buy a pair of glasses from Ege Optik in Gediz, the details were explained with a very natural welcome and helpfulness and the price was given. I bought Osse brand glasses, we also buy it with a family every 2 years, one of the last glasses we bought, I contacted the seller because of glass scratch and paint spill, they said that I could benefit from sending a guarantee, I sent a user error even though it was 1 month passed, and the refund has not been returned yet. you said I would send it and benefit from the warranty?
