Its other name is the reji church. Actually a church. When we look at the architecture and the campus of this place, it is possible to understand that it was built with the order of worship and education area and was built for the purpose of boarding mansion. It is also becoming clear that it was a very effective institution, place, organization and place of worship in its time. After transforming it into a cultural center with the contributions of the governor Kemalettin Gazezogli, it became a place of practice for various activities and social activities. The only problem is narrow streets, like typical middle east cities, making transportation difficult. Parking is problematic. Finally, the name of the square in front of you: 58 square!

St. Peter's and St. Paulus Church, It is northeast of Ellisekiz Square. The building was built in 1861 on the ruins of a church from the 6th century. Church, Hz. Since it was built in memory of the two apostles of Jesus, it bears their name. The building was actively used until 1924, when the Syriacs from Urfa migrated to Aleppo (Syria). St. Petrus and St. Paulus Church was used as a tobacco factory and then a grape storage by the Tekel administration in 1924. The church was named "Reji Church" by the people because of the French equivalent of the word Tekel, Regie (Reji). Written gravestones from the church were sent to the Urfa Museum. The church was restored by the Governorship of Şanlıurfa in 1998 and opened on May 24, 2002 as the "Governor Kemalettin Gazezoğlu Cultural Center". It is still used today for various social events. Urfa is one of the places that should be visited in the historical city texture.

Reji Church (Church of St. Peter and St. Paul) The church, which was actively used until the migration of the Syriacs from Urfa to Aleppo in 1924, was restored in 1998 and started to be used as a cultural center in 2002. The Syriac grave stones removed from the garden and walls of the restored church in 1998 are displayed in the Urfa Museum.
