I have been waiting for 23 minutes as of now. We were 3-4 people when I arrived. We are currently more than 10 people, excluding those who leave. The counter is missing. Vatandas revolts because I have been waiting for 30 minutes. The security and the toll booths are trying to overpower the man, not with ghouls. Unbecoming. Amateurish. It's been 25 minutes. This seems to continue

Today is the 30th of the month. So the day we pay checks for tradesmen like us. I've paid 4 different bank bonds since the morning, but this is no other branch of Halkbank to keep customers entertained. I'm waiting for a full 1 hour. From now on, no matter who we give paperwork to, I will warn my payments to a bank other than Halkbank
