A great place to have a great place. Think of a family run accommodation with a rooftop breakfast. Clean and tidy. I have stayed in 5 different place due to our trip. Nothing can be compared with place. Thank you Talat Amca

Good location, clean and extremely friendly staff. Excellent breakfast is included and you can enjoy it in the upper floor terrace with nice views towards the tombs. It's not right in front of the river which make it cheaper. I visited here without booking in late September and I got a great deal, 80tl for a nice, big and comfortable room with restroom, AC and a terrace with tombs view. There is a comfortable reading space with plenty of books in different languages. The wifi doesn't reach the room (#16) which was not a problem for me since I could spend time in the reading area. Many shops and restaurants around the corner.

This place is really clean and the owner is very interested. The best advantage is it is in the centre of dalyan,when you are out you find yourself at the centre of the colorful evening of dalyan.this place offers bed and breakfast for reasonable price.the baths can be better.
