On my Kayseri trip, my friend took me to the kidney grill because it was very tasty, yes, the kidney was very tasty.
What I was really curious about was the trotting soup, although it was not bad, I know there are places that make it more delicious.
Actually, this is a kebab restaurant, but they also serve soup. The ambiance of the place is beautiful, there are compartments with old cassettes, nostalgia cassette players and radios. You can go for kidney, but I can't say the same for soup.
Special place
It is not the most decent but the most delicious corbaci you can go to Kayseri. Although it is very rare, I find it successful at 95 percent, even though the taste of the soup has decreased.
