This is a wonderful place for your dental needs. All three dentists, nurses and front desk people are both very professional and so compassionate. They are very sensitive to your needs and true perfectionists. They listen carefully and explain every step of the dental procedures nicely. Very honest professionals and they only suggest the procedures that you truly need, not money oriented. Very patient oriented clinic, affordable, modern and clean and I recommended this wonderful place to every one who needs dental care.

NO STAR Unfortunately I never had a good experience at this practice. I went came to this practice through med life. I thought medlife was an actual practice not an agency. otherwise I wouldn't of had work done through them ( now I have a complaint I have no manager to complain to and no formal address to write to). I traveled to Turkey from the UK and was under the Impression that I would have temporary fixed teeth until the final treatment in 3 months time. instead I was given my old denture with added teeth on it! No one explained that this would happen. Infact I was told I would fixed teeth. Before any treatment had taken place I asked the dentists 3 times if the denture would be thrown away. He assured me 3 times that it would be thrown away. I was confused to why the dentis was taking impressions while I had my denture in. He took impressions for my bottom teeth but I never received teeth for my bottom teeth either. After my implants where place I came back the next day; To have my temp fixed teeth fitted. Being in pain I trust I dentis at the surgery and didn't question their professionalism. BIG MISTAKE THAT WAS! While at the surgery I never seen the state of the my smile because I wasn't shown the mirror; it wasnt until I got to the hotel I seen it the denture when I burst into tears. I contacted volkan who is a representative of med life immediately, explaining I couldn't go home looking like this ( the gap between the denture and my gum is visible) and if he could sort it out. I was due to go home the next morning. NOTHING WAS DONE AND IM BACK IN THE UK IN PAIN AND WITHOUT A SMILE! I've lost my smile and any confidence I once had.I find it difficult to talk and smile and laugh and eat and interact with people o a daily basis. I don't want to leave the house incase I have too. Over the past week I've been experiencing pain. I've contacted medlife for HELP! IT had taken them up to 10days to get back to me! which is upsetting as I thought medlife and this practice was genuine, and if not genuine at lest follow protical or be polite. I've asked for a second and third opinion in the UK and they said I could of had temporarys. And a that alot of practices in Turkey don't like to give out temporary fixed teeth because they want to save money! This practice and Medlife doesn't value the welfare or the appearance of their customers. They spend most of their efforts building their reputation with fake reviews, reporting complaints rather than trying the rectify the problems they have caused! Their integrity is questionable, when I confronted them about not contacting me for 10days they said they did message and call I've got evdiance that they didn't! and when I ask them about the added teeth to the denture the denied this and said it's a new denture! When you can CLEARLY see where they placed the added teeth! It's outrageous that a practice can outright lie like that! Go here at your own risk, you've been warned.

Dr Berat is very expert in his field, caring and smiling towards his patients. I do not hesitate to sit on that chair for any problems with my teeth, and I think this is the most important thing.

Thanks to my friend, I met Mr. Yiğit. I was afraid of a dentist, I could not go to the doctor. His calm nature, smiling face and being a specialist physician made me feel comfortable. Filling and root canal treatment was applied to my teeth. He answered my every question patiently and in detail. He is a very light and practical doctor. Thanks to Mr. Yiğit again, I can laugh easily and painlessly :)

Mr. Çağlar pulled my tooth, which could not get rid of root canal treatment after long efforts. My tooth extraction was completed without feeling any pain or pain. He gave information and made me feel very comfortable by explaining every single operation he will do during the process in the smallest detail. There was no pain after the operation. He is an absolutely expert physician who gives confidence to his patient, knows his job. Thank you very much to him and his team. I would recommend it to everyone.
