I witnessed the disrespectful attitude towards my wife. I passed the respect for humanity, although it is a product subject to a covid patient, it was not a humanitarian attitude to annoy a sick person more by bringing different and unscrupulous conversations such as "We brought service to your feet, ask 77 TL, are we thieves?" Today we see that people are dying from this disease ... My wife is getting through this process seriously. It was a solution-oriented approach that suits a pharmacy. There are phone records; At first a lady talked and said she could not change, and a gentleman counted what came to his mouth. It shouldn't be that difficult to send a new one. Today's time to help. It is painful to be devoid of it ... in addition to writing someone's comment on my wife's comment showed how unethical they were.

They have an extremely polite and understanding approach. Even in these difficult days, they send our needs to our home within minutes. Apart from that, I can reach the pharmacist friends by phone at any time and get directions. When I saw a negative comment, I was very surprised and frankly laughed. I guess there cannot be a meaningless regret as a patient diagnosed with Covid to change his mask from the pharmacy / request for a refund. Anyway, I think it's due to high fever and I wish them a quick recovery. All our healthcare workers are our chief crown. I wish you convenience!
