Disappointed! Avoid this place ! Awful service, you have to call the nurses hundred times to come to help you and finally they are absolutely not helpful 😒 But the doctors are very experienced

A business that I do not recommend in any way. We took my son for a check in online classes because he was blushing, they said he had 80% vision loss in one eye, and then the ophthalmologist sent him for a private examination, we paid a 500 lira examination fee there, they said there was 30% vision loss. They said that surgery is required, and they increased the fee from 3,000 to 3,500. We agreed with him for the health of my child, they made an appointment at 12.00 for the operation, they had the child taken to the room at 12.00 and dressed them, saying that he will be operated after 15 minutes, they waited for 2.30 hours, it was still not clear when he was going to be operated, nobody was interested, the child had a fever due to stress. In the end, we said give us our money and left, especially if you are going to go for the eyes, think 3-4-5 times instead of 2, irresponsibility, ignorance and they see health only as trade.

Bebeğimiz 5 aylık ve pusetinden düştüğü için acil götürdük. Acil doktorunuz çok güzel ilgilendi beyfendi çok teşekkür ederim. İsmini hatırlamıyorum o anki panik ile hem bebeğimizle ilgilendi hem de bizi sakinleştirdi.🙏 Başında kızarıklık çok az şişlik ve burun altında bir morarma vardı. Sonrasında bizi hastanenin çocuk doktoru Neslihan hanıma yönlendirdiler. İçerisi doluydu 5~10 dk kadar bekledik(bu arada bebeğimiz inanılmaz şiddetli ağlıyor). Biz telaş yapmayalımda kim yapsın. Sonra eşim kapıyı çalıp içeriye girdi 'rahatsız ediyorum kusura bakmayın oğlumuz pusetten düştü bir de size göstermek istiyoruz' dedi. Neslihan hanım kapıya geldi ve güleç bir tavırla 'ya bende baygın sandım beni de telaşlandırdınız birazdan bakarız' dedi ve içeri girdi. Biz ne olduğunu pek anlayamadık. Ve bir daha galen hastanesine girmemek üzere çıktık. Tavır çok önemli maalesef... Bizim o anki paniğimiz ve doktor hanımın söyledikleri. Olabilir tabi yapı meselesi. Sadece neslihan hanımı tercih etmek isteyenler olursa biraz şakacı bir tarafı var bilginiz olsun...

27.10.2020 Tuesday evening, we applied to the emergency department of the hospital, after receiving a 200 TL examination fee for my child, they directed us to the doctor named GÜLSÜM KESKIN, he did not even examine properly, my son entenagermina wrote only and he said that you should come again tomorrow day and day for the tests. I was very angry with this situation and I complained to the patient rights unit the next day, they said you are right, you are right, they said summer petition, we wrote, we waited for hours, we did not get any results, I am not seeking charity or free treatment from anyone, but if it is getting a price, the hospital has to pay in return for robbery, opportunism, it did not suit such a hospital By the way, after we left the hospital, we called the hospital by phone and received information. A SSK employee only pays 75 TL examination fee, I gave 200 TL .... I condemn this hospital and I will complain about this issue where I live ....

10/11/2020 At 10:00, we went to have a test with my wife for the PCR test. We went inside the emergency room and said that my wife was pregnant. I said, let's wait outside, it was crowded, and they said you wouldn't be able to hear it. We filled out the form, I stated that the disinfectant automature was empty, they said "let's tell the officer". Those waiting for Covid test Normal patients who came to the emergency room, we all waited in the same area. They close the door in a closed room and let the patients in, so positive and negative. I explained the situation to the nurses, while the test should be done outdoors, I said that it would be wrong to do the door closed in a closed windowless room where the positives also enter, but it would increase the contamination, but I turned the opposite. And the most painful moment was that I had the test done earlier in another hospital on Saturday, they were doing it outside, and the testers had done it with a longer and thinly bent rod, and here the nurse lady was angry, I think my nose was buried in my throat and now at 11:10 am I still bleed from my nose.
