First of all, Veterinarian Burak Bey is quite knowledgeable about Guinea pigs and really thanks to our son Rocky, whom we bought when he was only 5 weeks old, is now growing healthily. When we first went to, he gave us a considerable amount of time and gave us very detailed information about Guinea pig care, and even wrote it to us so that we would not forget what we will do. In this way, from my son's food to the feature of the water container, from UV rays to drops, nothing is missing. In his previous comment, I stated that I was very pleased with Veterinarian Burak Bey but that I had serious problems with the (former) assistant. As a result of our comments and interviews, both our doctor Burak Bey and the owner of the veterinary clinic Tolgay took care of my complaints by dealing with us. I really thank Mr. Halil, especially his new assistants (I think he used to work here and started working again). Every time I called, he patiently dealt with me and my son Rocky's problems, even remembering me and Rocky each time, and answered my phone Miss Mystery, which was impossible before. Thanks to himself and his understanding, I feel very comfortable when searching and going to the clinic. I would like to thank them for their support by finding quick solutions to every problem we faced with our new baby Jessie (Guinea pig, I think she was only 3 weeks old when we bought it) and for helping us raise our pets we see like our children in a healthy way. I can say that it is a very sweet veterinary clinic that completely prioritizes animal health and care, without any financial concerns, and even leaves clean water and food for stray animals every time I go. We are quite satisfied, we do not plan to change it for many years 😊

Considering the feedback we made, which I understand, this assistant who had problems with many more patients was dismissed. The new assistant Mr. Halil is very respectful, and my wife always conveys that she is very satisfied.
