We work with your bank as a commercial business. The number of teller staff was very meager. The staff are dealing with some customers for half an hour. We don't have to wait two hours at the bank. There were three before. Now two people are working. The staff is dull and tired because of the intensity towards the customer. As bank manager, please take a look at the other banks in Menderes and see the service. If you go to the teller once in a while, you will understand the issue better. Hopefully you will consider. Or we will have to reconsider our cooperation.
Staff is very stressful.
Unfortunately, the answer is rude to the customer.
I recommend anti stress sessions.
