The service is amazing. The employees are very pleasant and open.
In the car were a couple of doghairs, so they charged me an extra 150 tl. This is a scam, I will never rent a car again from ZEPLIN CAR RENTAL.
There is an old man who is supposed to be in charge, but he knows what to talk, how did you communicate well with the customer, it does not suit him there at all? I never recommend giving or not giving a car according to your pleasure, stay away from this disturbance.
I definitely do not recommend to anyone that the company should first check the cars before renting them to the customer. We are never satisfied
This was my second rental service, super employees are very relevant and respectful. I said that I have more than two km. They directly helped vehicles 2020 model.
