If I could give zero star I would do that.. I have really bad food poisoning and they refused to help me, their excuse was “no doctor” in very bad English. I wish to complain about it but where should I?

READ WELL, WHAT I WILL TELL YOU WHAT HAPPENED. In October, I took my mother to the relevant hospital with complaints of high blood pressure, arrhythmia and nausea. We entered the emergency department and they echoed the mother and then they imaged the heart vessels with angiography. As a result, the specialist doctor and opr doctor who performed angiography said to me exactly as follows; We made angiography to your mother, surgery with high rates of clogged three vessels was the only solution, I say to a friend, wouldn't it save a stent etc? No, we could not do the angiography comfortably due to the obstruction, we could not go too far, if you say yes, let's start an analysis for surgery, etc. Because the hospital was not satisfied with me, I brought the angio results to the university hospital, I brought the results to a valuable professor, I told my mother, God bless him, he made a successful operation and stented my mother and said that there was no problem with the other two vessels and that we would continue with medication. You have read what has been written, if you love an institution that tries to operate people unnecessarily, if you love your soul, do not even pass by. Get well to you all

"DR.UĞUR HEPCİVİCİ" We went to him for general check, another dr. We were in the controller, so we chose dr.ugur by looking at the comments. Thank God, good humor, respectful, good job, ethical. My father said that angiography was necessary because his effort test was not correct. We went to the hospital, yes, it is a bit crowded, but from the friendly polite lady who had gotten sick to us, from the caregiver to the nurses, all of them gave a genial affair and even a morel to my father. Mr. Uğur took the angiography, it took about 10 minutes, I guess my father went through the ultrasound and we never had any complaints. Dr. UĞUR Bey made all my necessary explanations. Although he was so heavily ill, he came to us 3 times and gave information and made sure that everything was fine and that his patient was well and he answered all our questions gently.
