aras cargo is the cheapest transportation company after PTT cargo. therefore they get a lot of work. especially on e commerce. Since employees receive a minimum wage, the quality of service decreases when there are too many jobs. it's not the employees' fault.

When we go to their branches and ask for our cargo, it is said that it was sent to you at your address but could not be delivered. I know that (the cargo needs to be kept in the branch for 10-15 days). When we encountered other people who had the same problem as me on the same day, there was a complete irresponsibility, and we learned whether to send cargo with Aras cargo or not.
