DİKİLİ PAPAYA BUNGALOV EVLERİ

It is the first time that I need to comment on an organization via google. We decided to go to Dikili and its surroundings with our friends coming from Izmir and Istanbul to stay over the weekend and made a reservation at Papaya Bungalow houses, where 2 rooms seem empty, through a company that booked online hotels. Before and after this process, we made a call on the number written on the websites to get information about transportation and some issues. I made calls 3-4 times, and my friends 1-2 times. Each time, the other party either engaged the phone or did not pick it up. At around 20:00 in the evening, someone stooped, opened the phone and told us that their hotel was full and that we would contact the brokerage firm. When I talked to the brokerage firm, they stated that they would help that there was a technical problem. They made calls to us 3-4 times over USA to help us survive and tried to find solutions. I would like to mention here; technical problems - it is normal that a company that is responsible from USA but not responsible for answering the phones, getting busy and returning by saying "we are just full" is trying to produce a solution. The company's aim should be to save the day with the comments received by the acquaintances here or elsewhere. We wish it to be a business with responsibility and business discipline. Best regards,
