Gaziantep cuisine is one of Turkey's most comprehensive kitchen. If you haven't tried the baklava recipe of this kitchen before, you should try it. Materials: 2 eggs Milk in a tea cup A cup of tea 2 tablespoons of vinegar A teaspoon of baking powder 1 tea cup of water As much flour as possible For the inside: A bowl of drawn pistachios For the above: 200 grams of butter For Sherbet: Five cups of sugar 4 cups of water Half a lemon To open: Starch Fabrication: 1-Put the dough ingredients in a deep bowl and knead thoroughly. 2- Divide the dough into 40 pieces. 3. Spread 10 of them with starch 4-Open the overlapping parts again with starch. 5-Perform this operation until all dough is finished. 6-Put the pistachios between the dough you put on the tray. 7-After this process is finished, cut the diamond by slicing. Cook at 8-180 degrees until golden brown. 9-Baklava while cooking and cool the sherbet. 10- After baklava is cooked, pour the sherbet over the baklava. Enjoy your meal...
