First of all, I would like to thank Mrs. Esra at the guesthouse for her friendly approach and sincerity. She helped with all her hospitality during our short 2-day holiday with my husband. The building cannot be compared with a Greek house and hotel, especially in terms of price (some of them looked for hotel service). The hearty chat and hearty breakfast in the mornings were good, there was cheese, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, butter, jam, eggs, salami and olive oil with delicious thyme, there were no selections from Chinese cuisine :), the most important thing was that the products were fresh, we were satisfied. There was also a mobile air conditioner, this was a surprise because air conditioning is not used in such buildings. The rooms are very authentic with the historical building structure. We may be, but:) The terrace view is also a legend, by the way, as someone who has been addicted to Ayvalık for a long time, I did not stay in a better place both as iyat and in terms of satisfaction.

I chose this place deceived by good comments, I made this mistake. There are much better places around where you can stay for this price. The good comments about his breakfast probably belong to people who only eat tomatoes, cheese and bread in the morning. I attach the photo of the breakfast. I have not seen such a stinginess. You are eating 1 salami and 1 cherry tomato for 120 TL breakfast. What is referred to as air conditioning in the room is a fan. There is only one socket in the room. There is a dustbin where you give 120 TL per person per night, so they did not even think about it. The door of the room was not locking, we did it. No shampoo. The wardrobe they put in the room is broken. Hotel owners were chatting on the street until late at night, we could not sleep due to the noise. In short, do not think that it is cheap and do not choose it, there are air-conditioned places where you can spend 10 TL more and do not explode from the heat. I came to quince a lot, I did not stay in such a terrible place, officially the center of stinginess.

While looking for a place in the center of Ayvalık, we decided to stay with the positive energy of the lady operating over the phone and we never regretted it. With their sincerity and helpfulness, they make you feel like they went to their house, not the customer. Its historical structure and stone building gives a warm and sincere feeling with its neighborhood culture. We will come again at the first opportunity

A very modest and authentic place Mrs. Esra was very friendly and friendly, a very warm and friendly environment. The wc was very clean, and the rooftop pleasure was great. Watching the scenery in the evenings is very pleasant.

Esra is a place where the smiling face and sincerity of her sister will make you forget all the conditions ❤️ We had the chance to stay for one night but it was a very authentic place.
