If you want to purchase additional warranty after purchasing products from these brands of Arçelik / Beko, do this by paying through an authorized service, not through an authorized dealer. I made this mistake. I was able to operate the washing machine with the +4-year additional warranty of the washing machine I purchased from the vendor beko dealer, to operate it in the system after I paid the fee to the store, and to receive the warranty certificate in 10 days with the help of Arçelik head office employees. Arçelik A.Ş. has very limited sanctions on its dealers. The authorized service has no chance to make a mistake in this matter.
