Since 09/09/2004, I have been working with Mevlana branch and POS check commercial credit card in terms of individual credit cards, in short, both personally and commercially. 1 year ago, my 50.000 TL commercial card limit was closed without consulting me without asking me. Although the limit of my personal card is 45.000 TL still active, about 3 months ago I made additions to my title from the Konya Chamber of Commerce, I went to the bank 2 months ago to report it again, I went to the bank twice for a change of title. I went to the branch 8 TIMES to cancel the wrong check from the old title and apply for a new check.And there is a woman who thinks she is the owner of the bank, there is a woman who thinks she is the owner of the bank, she is sitting in the back and doing business without showing her face and keeping up with the land, shame on you. In short, this branch came to a bank carpet consisting of an army of personnel who do not understand the job, which is not different from the state office, it is not solution-oriented, it is not solution-oriented, my sullen indifferent irrelevant work is in the mode of going home.

Just because of the employees inside, people are waiting outside for hours and the whole day is wasted .. We understand that you are targeting them too, they are spilling language to convince the customer to be able to target, so we wait, but at least give a little target during the pandemic process, everything is completely dehumanized.
