Location is perfect. You can walk to the beach in ~5 minutes. They serve breakfast and dinner. (Food is ok). Rooms are pretty big. (Actually they are flats). TV, AC, a little kitchen with an electric oven, a tiny fridge to put drinks or snacks. There is one bathroom, which is ok but bath was a bit dirty. The environment that you are in is full of green. Buildings are surrounded with ivy. They give buildings a unique look. There is a pool in the center of the hotel's area. It is pretty clean and they clean it every night. (There is also kids pool) In general, I was pretty satisfied during my stay. I recommend it.

We stayed as a family with 2 grownup kids. The room we stayed was large and comfortable. It had a kitchenette. It was clean. The price is also reasonable. The beach is 200m walking distance from the hotel.

The rooms are very bad. The check-in receptionists are wonderful. They keep them waiting for a hundred hours even when entering the room. Food is bad. The pool is also not hygienic, everyone spits.

The hotel is in a very nice location, the interior of the apartments is not constantly cleaned, you need to request the missing ones (Towel, Toilet Paper) from the reception in a 3-4-day stay. The air conditioners are old and sound, and there is only air conditioning in the bedroom. It would be good for them to increase the number of air conditioners and defeat them. The parking area is available, the pool is very clean and beautiful, a 5-minute walk from the ruins and teachers beach, a middle-class hotel can be even better with maintenance.
