Great destination for travelling with friends or family .
Would like to point out - Guest relation manager - who is very kind , friendly and attentive to the each guest ; Entertainment manager and entertainment team - those people are extremely friendly , kind and always try to keep guest in a good mood ; also big thanks to Mehmet ( bartender at the bar , next to the reception ) - each morning drinking coffee , we were fulfilled with a great mood from his kindness and smile !
We will be back for sure and highly recommend!
The first language you are talked to here is russian. Probably most of visitors are from countries which use this language. There were no problem to communicate with hotel stuff on Ukrainian and English though.
Area:
The hotel has a vast area, very green, well cared-after trees, lovely cats walking around, private beach, large restaurant, multiple pools, free parking.
Room:
We ordered a room for two, got a family duplex - the only disappointment in our stay and the reason I put 3 stars. The room could be much cleaner and should be renovated. It must be cleared from pests, it is unacceptable these days. If you open Booking.com you will see pictures of nice rooms, you will not see the one we stayed in.
Restaurant:
It is great, fantastic variety of meals, even for non-meat eaters. Not all the restaurants are free - there a few you should pay in (even when you bought Ultra All Inclusive package).
Best club hotel
This place is awesome. Quiet area, nice landscapes, mountains view, restaurants, clean beach and sea. That's what you need for vacation. The only thing is dissapointing the condition of the bathroom, definitely it should be repaired.
