Just one more 5 star to the existing others. Rarely you will stay in a resort where everything works perfectly. The reason this place was top notch is because, starting from the General manager to the kid who is picking up the dishes on the table, are extremely good at what they do. The team - everybody - is so dedicated, so hard working and so friendly all times, this is almost non-existent nowadays. Will definitely stay with them in the future.

Great staff, great facilities, great entertainment. The location is far from any farmland so no green algae.

I am a Medical Doctor and I am really satisfied of hotel's management about covid-19 preventions. All staff looks like seriously well trained and motivated about preventions. I watched secretly how cleaning staff disinfecting and I saw they were serious about their job. Open buffet restaurant concept is managed by staff so other customers do not have contact with the food. Food was very well with various selections, there was lamb/beef options for almost every lunch which I didn't see it at many hotels. Rooms are located in different buildings so it is also a plus for having seperated air conditioner system. There was a fully active guest relations, Mr. Omer Faruk helped us with every subject. If you need anything just dial 1080 and they interest with your subject immediately, We felt special. In addition I saw that general manager Mr. Ali is walking around during the day and watching the staff, so every operation and facility of hotel was carefully handled.
