Terrible. My partner spent 6 days out of 10 in hotel room with vomiting and diarrhoea. Reception staff unhelpful. Advertise that they have a doctor in the hotel . They don't. !!!!!! They have a nurse who speaks very little English . If you are female , do not speak German ,do not expect to be served first at the bar. Very arrogant guests who think they have priority!!! Staff denied anyone else was sick when in fact other guests were complaining when we were at reception. The only pleasant staff member was the maid. Would definitely NOT recommend this hotel. This is not a 5 star hotel.
