I went to pick up cargo on 11.12.2020 at 09.10? (They could not deliver 1 day ago because they were very busy - I don't understand how they delivered the other cargo - I went in saying good morning, nobody answered. Although there is 1 lady at the cargo reception desk, 1 delivery man in front of the counter and 1 branch manager at the back desk. Did not even do it. Did I get the cargo, I left, I went for a refund about 1 hour later because the company he was shopping with sent the wrong product. Still, there was no answer. ”Interestingly, the cleaning worker went to the back singing as if I wasn't there. Do you think a point that serves this way deserves more than 1 star?

The employees are very rude and my cargo that comes electronically is always contaminated with honey, I will not give me a poor quality transport again.
