Hello, I went to this Shell station to buy tea, while waiting for the tea line, I accidentally pressed the Latte button on the dashboard of the Kahve Dünyası machine next to me. The machine spilled a little, and when I saw this situation, I immediately pressed the stop button. The spilled coffee was also spilled on the bottom, not in the glass, so it was wasted. Seeing this, the officer asked me for a fee of 9.5 TL. Friends, I accidentally spilled the coffee once, the second one is that a piece of coffee is not that much, and I did not benefit from the spilled coffee, so I did not drink it. Unfortunately, they put people in thieves, rogue, rude people as an officer and took my money away. Where is customer satisfaction, where is humanity, I will complain these officials to Shell, to the Coffee World and to the Consumer Arbitration Board and finally I will get my money. I paid for the coffee I did not drink and left the place I entered to buy tea. Yunus Emre says, "Many goods are not forbidden." Let's like this comment so that more people see it and the mistakes made are not made to others.

It is a very nice station in foam 2₺ water 3₺ car wash. There are vehicle drying papers in the form of paper towels. Vacuum cleaners are available. The market has a very nice wide variety of all kinds. A clean Shell with a friendly staff :)
