I worried my package not send, because no progres. It almost 5 days in warehouse. 7 days from Istanbul to Adana maybe its normal. I dont know exactly how the system working. But Thank youu PTT Cargo

A disgraceful working system. Although the product I bought on December 25 came to Adana on December 27, it is still kept in the cargo place and was not distributed. At this rate, it will stay after New Year's Eve, and they even quit. You will not be a postal company like you.

Three personnel carry out transactions at the entrance to the distribution center. Two outgoing and one looking at the incoming cargo. The incoming part is busy because the cargo is never delivered on the specified time. The number of employees has decreased due to covid. The remaining staff are also worn out due to the increased workload. Not a word is spoken to anyone. Nerves are tense. No one fits the social distance rule. The masks of the staff are on the chin. Absolutely, but definitely not paying attention to the notes on the box. I witnessed that although we have sticky notes such as "item to be broken" "" Hold it upright ", etc., my already delayed delivery cargo was thrown from the air and delivered to the delivery unit. There is no unit where you can go and complain about the packages that have been prepared with a great effort, throwing them from the ground to the ground with the nervous attitude of the staff. Although we wrote to Cimer, there is no solution. Nevertheless, while you bend your head and wait for your hand-to-hand cargo, you witness the conversations between the staff in a village coffee-like manner of indifferent attitudes. As a frustrated customer who now believes that the problems are unsolvable and hated complaining, when I hear the name Pttkargo in online shopping, I run away.

It has been 1 week since I came to my cargo from Istanbul, my business has been disrupted and embezzlement says, I have neither a phone number, nor an interest, I have complained, I never do business with PTT, I am the victim, I am definitely not in figs.

Employees who pass the cargo in their hands to the warehouse and do not call, are prominent with the principle of dirty and zero hygiene, the worst postal company you will ever see in your life. May Allah not need anyone. It is a miracle to be able to come in and leave without getting corona. You cannot receive your cargo anyway, instead they give the corona. I hope such workplaces will decrease and end.
