They waited in front of the door for 1 hour in this cold and when I got inside, I encountered such cold staff. No service Zero. They did not care about me, but they directed me to Halkbank customer representative even though I was a salary customer. I could not handle my business in Koskoca bank.

Customer satisfaction is definitely there. Do not go. Go to another bank. Go to another branch, but do not come here if you do not want to be nervous.
