Can't believe the way Carfleet treat customer! Please be very careful when renting from this company! My reservation was 1:30 am on 21st Jan 2020 from Istanbul Airport. Return the car at 22:40 on the same date. Their staff has surely promised to me that the excessive fuel (half of tank! at least 80 lira!) would be refunded to me with my deposit of 500 lira within 2-3 working days. I fully trusted him and didn't ask him to write it down. But now Carfleet not only tried to fool me about the toll fee but refused to refund me the fuel money. I should only pay 44 lira for toll but they told me clearly and sent me the bill it is 106 lira! I saw the bill, there are 61 lira is charged outside of my rental period. Never ever come across a rental company like this. Never!

Had a really bad experience from Carfleet Istanbul branch. The staff lied to me and tried to fooled me about my toll fees. Don't think this rental company can be fully trusted. If rent, please be very careful and record everything! remember everything (put them into writings) that promised by their staffs.

During the lease, Fiat Linea was given, the vehicle was so bad that it is unexplainable. When the speed exceeds 100 km, the steering wheel vibrates and the vehicle starts to be skidded. The brakes do not hold properly when I wanted to slow down while entering the corner, I had to enter hard because the car brake was not working properly. I took the long road with that vehicle. I was thankful when I arrived safely at my house. I have rented so many vehicles and have never seen such old vehicles given from other companies. Although the pre-authorization fee is 10 working days, it has still not been deposited. Do not rent a car from this company.

I rented a new bosnia renta car helmet 2% in case of an accident, they said compulsory extra, I gave 60 TL daily cash. It has been said that it will be deducted from the deposit.

Carflet I rented a car, they bought me 1 month of motor vehicle money 480. I used the car for 2 days, they did not give my money back.
