If you are considering working with this bank, do not. A lousy bank, a lousy banking system. Last month we filed a phone call requesting an additional card. They said we had to go to the branch and give them our credentials. We went to the branch and delivered the necessary documents (the original, the photocopy, the application documents, etc.), and then our card was delivered to the branch. After receiving the card from the branch, we searched the internet banking for password operations, and we were told that we had to go to the branch again because we didn't have our credentials. Since the employees do not do their job properly, we have to go to a branch every two days. We didn't get a proper response from the customer relations unit when we told our complaint about how we give the card to the person without the identification information. I've never seen a bank that works so bad in my life.
