Boorish employee. Guy was very saddened that he had to talk to me, a client, distracting from his very interesting phone or whatever. When i was asking for details about car, the employee sighed heavily and looking at me dismissively during the whole conversation letting me understand with all his looks that I should hurry up and go. Got really bad vibe, felt unwelcome. I cancelled my reservation and found another place with much friendlier workers and better options.

Everything was great until I got overcharged in the end. It was supposed to be 475 Turkish Liras and got charged 95€ in the end which is like 630 Turkish Liras.

Cheater!!!!!!! I rent a Nissan small car in airport, and informed that one day 130TL, extra driver 5 TL! But did not tell that oil will be paid, and it cost my 110TL extra. This is unacceptable! I can take oil from station, and it will be less cost! This company is lier and cheater, open your eyes, don’t come here! Or you can ask clearly before you use his service!

As not all the cars are kept right on site it can take a little bit longer than normal but overall service was great.

Probably the worst Hertz rental office you will experience. The prebooked rental rate was modified at pickup, kilometer allowance was reduced and bad attitude at pickup and return, not to mention overly meticulous car check when returning.
