Suitable location for temporary accommodation in the Asian part of Istanbul, with excellent access to public transport. The downside is that you must be familiar with the Turkish language, before staying, be sure to coordinate all financial conditions with the main manager (Mr. Rajai) to have a comfortable stay. The internal manager (Ms. Noray) is very kind and she know English language better than another guy and provides good guidance in using the hostel facilities. The most important thing is the right price for people who want to pay the right price for a good neighborhood. Enjoy your trip! :)

Our stay at Kevin's was very pleasant. No mixed dorms and the rooms are quite cramped, but the hostel has good vibes and a kind staff person. No common room. The location is the best I've seen in Istanbul after 2 trips. Quick access to ferry and tram to get you to the European side, but the neighborhood of Kadikoy itself is the best part of Istanbul I've seen. The hostel is surrounded by lots of coffee shops, cute veggie markets, fresh meat markets, and plentiful restaurants. Bustling with shopping locals and quaint streets.

Affordable, very convenient, in good location and very good price. Good for small group. The breakfast is not worth the price, but you have plenty of options within 5 min of walking. Also near multiple means of transportation. Perfect for a budget city break in Istanbul.
