It’s small post office near the marmaray and train station, there’re 3 or 4 employees and it’s working from 08:30 AM to 12:30 then from 13:30 to 17:00 Usually you’ll take 15 to 25 minutes to finish what you’ll do here such as sending anything to anywhere, don’t come at the end of the month because it’s busy because the government’s employees use it for withdrawal salaries.

They do not bring the cargo for home delivery. Even though I was at home all day, they did not even deliver my cargo with a message like you were not at home. Those who work like that need to change. Write to the team, everyone !!!!!

May Allah not let you down. PTT never distributes your cargo, they send a status saying 'We went to the distribution, we were not at home' from where they sit. When you are sitting at home, tell me a sms is coming: We came, you were not at home, come and get your cargo from our branch during working hours ... I am at home they are not ashamed !! Do not work from where you sit. The refund will be made in 3 working days and my money will be refunded, I don't bother you, carry it around and do the porridge! Okay government office, you're officer, but people working in other cargo companies don't have lives? They bring the product you bought to your door.

All of the employees are very friendly and helpful people. Despite their density, they have a very organized working environment. They have taken appropriate precautions for the pandemic and continue to work accordingly.

"Does the system shut down" as soon as the clock is five ?? Despite the fact that the person in charge started our process, it was five o'clock, and he quit the process and got up from the table and quarreled after fighting with those who waited. Shame PTT shame.
