Why have you been waiting for cargo at the branch for days! ??? I am calling, not opening it, every day I call PTT customer service and the phone falls off. I have been waiting for cargo for 15 days, it would arrive if I bought it from China. If you are not going to look at that phone, do not bother!

I made a lot of Post Office branches in various operations in Turkey. But it would be unfair if I didn't mention a staff member at the Bostancı branch. I have never seen an employee who knows and loves his job so much. I'm talking about Mrs. Fikriye. It tries to find immediate solutions to all problems in the branch. Even if it is not related to itself, it produces an instant solution to every problem with its practical intelligence. I wish I could run into such personnel in other branches. I consider it my duty to thank him here.

Pandemic employees are doing their best. They are working quickly for the downtime of transactions. I have no trouble coming up to my cargo door. They need to find a solution in the cargo queues. We wait a lot and we waste time.

Constantly before you come to the address, you were not at the address of the bride get your package from the branch is a place famous for its bad employees. I've never seen such a lying place. Okay, you do it a couple of times, it's acceptable. But if you do it all the time, it's a fraud. Despite all these comments, they still do that. One day, my wife saw her outside the apartment and she knew that I was expecting a package. He was leaving before the courier hit the bell. He said, "The package must be for us." Imagine having given the package without any shame. Moreover, this package came from abroad and was a very important package. Is there ever such a liar? I don't understand why they don't come and fix their systems. But I felt the need to write because they were lying so much. Please don't go and use it if you ever fall apart.
