Branch and mail distribution centers can not put straight until never, and you can not control an institution not brought into Turkey to yakisir PTT yi. You know that it charges 17TL tax on a $ 1 product, but you cannot improve your service quality one step further. Gecti even from abroad you geciyor the domestic product from the same period by letting x in history as an institution can not distribute the borders of Turkey. Even your mail query page with the shipping code does not work. What a shameful service concept this is.

I called the mail processing center 82 times in 3 days. See not exaggeration. It fell 2 times. I waited 10 minutes. It was closed as soon as it was opened ..... I just closed the PTT call center on the number 444, when it was still not opened in the 19th minute. Calling the branch, the phone cannot be turned on. Either God did not give you trouble ... Just deserve the salary you received, the responsibility you bear, and brother. May it be forbidden to those who rule you. I am disgraced with my tax, my money and my sanity. I am running from Tuzla to Başakşehir to save my overseas cargo, which you have been waiting for 3 weeks without even a single notice and suddenly noted "no news". Edit: Since the Sancaktepe mail delivery officer showed the notification made on my behalf as delivered with a fake Turkish ID number, the return started because I did not know about it. I am very complaining about the cargoes coming through PTT as I buy products from abroad and domestically. I called the PTT call line for the cargo that did not go, we dialed the customer representative, the waiting time for the first announcement was 10 minutes more, what does it mean to wait 10 minutes on the call line without frivolity? The person who came out said hello and hung up. I persisted. I waited another 10 minutes. Yes, after exactly 14 minutes and 45 seconds the phone was switched on ... It means do not call these call services ... It is better to turn off the PTT call line. I sent my documents on 22.07.2020, saying that your shipment will be delivered within 1 week and 10 days and was charged 3 times more than normal shipping on 22.07.2020 and there is still no information about where my shipment is and the time of the documents I sent was close to 1 month. Is there anyone or an institution that I can get information about? How frivolous is this?

It's a dead place. Cargoes do not even arrive in 6 DAYS - SIX DAYS even from the Anatolian side to the Anatolian side. Even if you try to call Ptt customer service, they do not answer your phone and leave you in the middle with a joke. Frankly, I used to send all my cargo via PTT until now, but I will not send any cargo with PTT after today.
