Ptt aydinevler branch employee closed lady and colorful-eyed gentleman complain. They are doing their job by force, they are immediately quarreling with the customer, they do not look at his face, I would pay 100 TL. I went out and everyone around me complain about these two employees, I do not want to see people in a reputable state-owned company, I asked the names but they did not answer this second situation I live the same, I will notify the authorities to the necessary places, I ask the domestic cargo to do what is necessary, at least the employees are respectful and polite

It has a very disrespectful employee and especially the gentleman in charge of shipping is a shame to people rather than helping people.

Although PTT Cargo is generally a customer dissatisfaction, the officers at some branches have humanitarian attitudes. But the officers at the Aydınevler PTT branch act arbitrarily, prone to controversy and rude. They are by no means solution oriented. I have never understood why these people, who do not have the authority and competence enough to own a small business, are being made officers and officers of a state-owned institution such as PTT Cargo.
