Poor quality service, disrespectful staff and bad management. If it could give zero stars, I would love to give it zero. At 12:19 I wanted to go in the door and send a cargo. While filling the document quickly, security Mehmet Ali K. stated that they came and entered the lunch break and that I had to go out. I told him that I was on time and that I would just send my cargo and leave. He explained why he could not be accepted for about 10 minutes. He said that I went in when there was nobody at the door (nice, I don't know why I can't enter a government office during working hours, either) and they normally close it. I stated that normally noon is entered at 12:30 and I have no intention of picking it up from the working hour. I tried to explain that it was wrong to want to take out the customer who had completed the documents inside, whether you waited at the door or not, but in vain. My request was rejected in a manner that neither understood nor wanted to help. This situation, where the "Customer is our benefactor" logic in such a high quality State institution, is nothing but waste of time and personnel waste. I hope that you will be personally addressed in other institutions with this treatment you have done.

Inadequate and indifferent staff. It is very crowded, no operation can be made in the nearby PTTs. For this reason, it is very intense. Don't come here.
