I've never seen such an infamous cargo center before. Whenever a post is sent via PTT, we are officially back to steadfast. Not 1, not 2, not 3 ... this is how many times. A shipment in Istanbul arrives at your distribution center in 1-2 days on average. But after 10 days it is waiting at your branch. It is not clear. Then you log in to the system saying "No recipient was found at the address and a note was left". Said address is an office OFFICE !! They work here 6 days a week. Moreover, there is also 24/7 security that accepts cargo at the entrance of the building. Who are you kidding ??? We will both give you money and call us to your feet and ask us to do the service we paid for for you? You leave this job ... you better not do it than you do it like this ...

I have not seen such a disgraceful shipment.A disgraceful cargo company that has 3 phone numbers in the distribution system for 3 days but does not look at any of them, also using the name of PTT, pollutes its name in PTT. I have never seen such an absurd company. The best score to be given to this company is zero. An empty cargo company with a firm structure equipped with a fury of disgrace that calls 444 numbers and says to get information from the branch and then gives 3 fake numbers but no wisdom is answered.

It is a terrible service sector that fails to deliver, does not leave the news paper, does not even call on the phone, claims that they do not have to call on the phone even though I pay the communication fee, and does not have the ability to mark even one star. Especially Tuzla central package cargo. There is a web page that cannot give information about the fate when I started tracking with the number. What more can I say?

I will give a minus star if it is possible, the understanding of service is very bad, what do you expect if it is not a public institution, anyway, if there is only one public institution of good quality and one that will really amaze people, all public institutions will be worse than each other. May Allah not let people down for these public institutions

My cargo package has been waiting for 6 days in PT Tuzla distribution. I live in a neighborhood in Tuzla, it is not possible to understand how it cannot be delivered in 6 days. Phones do not turn on. How will this work be resolved? If you can't, leave this job. A product that I need urgently. I do not want to return.
