If I could give them -16 stars I would, it takes them 3 hours, some times more to bring the things that you request to your room. The room cleaning is awful, the lady who cleaned our room was throwing the water bottles across the room disrespectfully. Took our clothes and threw them across the room, she seemed to be extremely bored and fed up of her job. The reception staff were equally rude and disrespectful, they do not greet you, they don't provide what you actually have booked with them. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, better keep your money and find a better option. The rooms are not worth what you pay for.

Regular rooms are small but you can find small kitchen with microwave and fireplace. Two swimming pool and nice breakfast. Comfy ... Like it 👍 Odalar biraz küçük ama iyi düşünülmüş, konforlu bir hotel

Booked in with my family, husband and two teenagers. MaIn reason for this hotel booking was the indoor pool with outdoor pool options. During my entire visit the indoor pool was out of use due to maintenance work, was very disappointed. Although indoor pool was out of service the outdoor pool was still closing at 7pm. The day I decided to swim and use outdoor pool there was a wedding happening so I wasn't able to use. Unfortunately came away very disappointed. Just wish I was contacted before hand and the pool being out of use was advised.

Nice hotel, clean room, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel also has complete facilities like swimming pool, fitness center, bar, etc. Stayed here on my tour in Turkey.
