The only kargo company that you could see parcels are scattered all over the place inside and outside like a mess. I had witnessed the way they reject phone calls very fast as it is a habit rather than an urgency in the presence of the branch manager, carelessness and slacking are at their peak at MNG kargo and PTT İstanbul.

The employee tried to trick me to pay cargo fees although the fees was on a contracted company and the company provided the agreement code to the employee. They don't try to help you and they try to take advantage of you if you don't know Turkish language

The staff always demand for extra tips whenever they deliver to your door .... very poor services, they keep goods for 3 weeks in there office !!! They don’t answer calls

Worst kargo service ever. They kept my shipment in their place for two weeks for me to pick it up although the free delivery was included in the shipment. Also, the staff is rude
