They took care of the problem I had with the product I bought almost 2 and a half years ago and made the necessary repairs. I would like to thank you for their customer-oriented approach and for standing behind the product they sell, regardless of user error or long-term use, without charging any fees.

I took the product I bought from websites and sent the wrong size to the Avcılar store for exchange. As if I was greeted with an abnormal reaction and seeing the customer asking for a product change for the first time, the seller adjusts to "How do you talk like that next to our general manager" and they showed their quality with the question "for what purpose did you buy this shoe" in an arrogant way. The only sentence that comes out of my mouth is: I have been in traffic for hours, don't send me without making a change. Disrespectful and low-level merchandising approach

There is nothing to say about the variety of products, it is very successful to have so many products in one store, but the staff are both sullen and cocky. Unfortunately, there is such a thing in the Turkish nation, people expect a warmer approach from people who sell natural products, more humane, helpful ... abroad, for example, this is always the case. In our country, there are interesting people who are in the mood of "what do you know you came here", "this is not for you", and have EGO problems in such places. I ask the man for a chair, he says "How much do you weigh, do you have 130", he offers me a 600 TL chair, saying "Others will not attract you". I weigh 100 kilos and I haven't had any problems with the simple Migros chairs until now, and this was the answer when I looked for better quality. (I wrote this example for you to understand the approach to the customer) “What are you looking for? It's like a joke ... their shopkeeping is a mistake, but they should be online sales, and even in this type of sales, customer relations are not managed like that. I'll never set foot again ... that's for sure. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone either!
